Feeling like no matter what you do, how hard you try or how much money you throw at it…..

……things don’t seem to work out for you?

This is why….

Whatever it is that you are wanting to create for yourself, whether it be weight loss that you maintain, better sleep, a soulmate relationship or even a thriving business, you need to know first of all, that it is possible for you and that it will work for you.

The thing with this is, most people will consciously say that of course they know it is possible and that it can work for them. Why else would they be trying it, they claim?!

Maybe they may even show you the proof that look they lost a few kgs, or they had 1 good night sleep, or they met a guy at a bar or they made a sale in their business.

However, did it last? Was it maintained? Was it replicable or able to be produced over and over again? Was there a solid confidence in the results?

Unless there was a shift at the subconscious level, the answer is likely NO!

The problem is, at a deep subconscious (unconscious) level, it is very common for the following stories and beliefs to unfortunately have set up shop and therefore be dictating how things turn out for you:

Things don’t work for me

It’s easier for others

It’s in the family/in the genes

A deep fear of failure – so why risk trying

A fear of success – on some level thinking that if I am successful, I will have to keep trying really hard to maintain it, or others will use me or turn on me etc

Not feeling good enough

Not feeling like you know enough

Not feeling worthy

Not feeling deserving

Fear of rejection – so don’t put yourself out there

Not safe to be seen, to be vulnerable, to be (fill in the blank)

It’s too hard

One of the big mindset shifts I had to make, was that things work out for me.

I wore the “It doesn’t work for me” badge for decades!

I was so programmed into believing that things didn’t work for me, that that very deeply entrenched program was always mirrored back to me, despite my very best efforts, energy and money thrown at it.

So modalities and “amazing” techniques didn’t work.

Months on end with practitioners didn’t produce any results no matter how many “5 star” reviews they had.

Engaging coaches and implementing tried and tested strategies and 5 step frameworks didn’t work.

Every supplement on the market that I tried and every ‘proven’ eating plan didn’t work.

This consciously warped and very limiting belief, was combined with worthiness wounds, fears of success, fears of failure, fears of rejection and feeling like I was not good enough and that I didn’t know enough.

So even if, any of these things produced a positive or beneficial result of any kind, I was so programmed into looking for all the ways that it wasn’t working, that I overlooked any gains.

Our reticular activating system in the brain, takes whatever it is you focus on (whether “good”, “bad”, “positive” or “negative”) and creates a filter for it, based on the parameters you give it. Guess what, it is YOUR beliefs that is what shapes and create those parameters.

This is what literally influences the world around you and how you see it.

So what do we do about it?

  1. Look at your current reality and if there is any areas that feel hard, seem to be not working or there is recurring patterns that don’t serve you – you most certainly have a limiting belief or belief that is outdated and working against you.
  2. Shift, remove, release said limiting beliefs – journalling, visualisation, EFT and I use for myself and clients – Belief Coding®.
  3. Program in new desired beliefs – affirmations can be ok, hypnosis or as above, I use Belief Coding®.
  4. Start training the brain (RAS) to focus on all the things that are working for you, all the ways you have been successful, all the positive shifts etc.

I promise you, YOU have the power to shift your reality – claim it!
