A note to the woman seeking more but not knowing how …….

I’m smart, I have a degree (golden key top 1%), advanced diploma’s, all sorts of certifications and qualifications BUT yet……

…….I couldn’t figure out why I was completely stuck for years on end, feeling the same way and being presented with the same situations, despite my best effort to change it.

I’m resourceful and have been able to make things happen, move countries, move interstate, fall into jobs when needed, create new product lines out of the blue BUT yet…..

…..I couldn’t make my health state change despite a range of resources at my figure tips, ie experience, quals, seeing the best practitioners locally and overseas.

I’m blessed in many ways, including same weight for 30 years, living in the best country in the world, travelling over the years, and so much more BUT yet…..

….I was single for over 12 years and settled for breadcrumbs along the way

All of this here is not brag or on the flip side to seek pity, but to share me, my journey, my struggles and some of my wins.

To highlight the outwards accomplishments and the duality I held and experienced.

I learnt from all of this. I grew from all of this. I expanded, I upleveled, I upskilled and in turn found ways to navigate it more successfully.

This is written for the woman, who resonates.

The woman who feels stuck.

The woman who has intelligence, wisdom, resources and yet hasn’t been able to achieve and attain the big desires. The one’s that are deeply etched on her heart and soul.

The woman who over-thinks, over-gives, overdoes then goes into frustration, resentment, anger and disappointment (you know who you are)

The woman who knows she is here to serve and play in a bigger way but is powerless in ways to make it happen.

The woman who questions her worth over and over again.

The woman who doubts herself and lacks that strong self belief, so partakes in self sabotaging ways.

This woman is me.

This has been my experience and so I get it so deeply and intimately that I can help others navigate through it.

But you get to have better health. You get to have better relationships. You get to feel better and build a business/or career you love. You get to more intentionally create a life by design, where you are able to own your uniqueness and lead with that.
