Several years ago, when I moved interstate, I truly felt what feminine energy was all about.
I had space. Flow. Flexibility. I was more open to receiving — compliments, invitations, support. I felt present, nourished, vital, inspired. I tuned into my body more, had less routine and trusted and acted on my intuition.
At that time, I even ran a course called Radiant Magnetic You — all about reclaiming your feminine self.
Since then, I’ve taken feminine embodiment courses (along with very masculine strategy frameworks too I might add), worked with various coaches, and over time, it’s landed even more deeply what this energy really means.
To me, it’s presence.
It’s activating your senses.
It’s nervous system regulation.
It’s slowing down to tune into your intuition — your body’s intelligence.
It’s moving from your head into your body… feeling the energy in your organs, your chakras.
It’s moving away from people-pleasing, seeking outside validation, and dimming your light.
It’s finding out what gives you pleasure and satisfaction eg. smell of gardenia, eating fresh berries, dancing in the kitchen to your fav 90s song, wearing bold pink just cause you can!
It’s also about remembering that there’s a time and a place for both feminine and masculine energy — and that both are needed. This has nothing to do with gender, but with the energies they symbolise and hold.
Feminine energy:
soft • intuitive • receptive • nurturing • flowing • creative • magnetic • sensual • grounded • open-hearted • compassionate • trusting
• cyclical • connected to nature surrendering • being • yin • rest

Masculine energy:
structured • logical • focused • disciplined • decisive • protective
• providing • directional • confident • purposeful • achieving • driven • stable. • goal-oriented • strategic • action-taking • linear • yang • doing
Society has conditioned us to value the masculine — and it’s often to the detriment of our health, vitality, and overall wellbeing.
My invitation to you: take a moment to check in with yourself.
Where are you currently sitting — more in your masculine or your feminine?
And where could you invite in a little more balance, wholeness, and harmony?
